1. Bespoke Products

All loupes supplied by Lemonchase are individually manufactured to the customer’s prescription, working distance, magnification, frame selection and personal measurements. As such, they are bespoke products and cannot be resold to another customer.

Customers are responsible for checking their order details carefully prior to manufacture. Once manufacture process has commenced, orders can be amended although this will increase the delivery time.

2. 30-Day (45 day including shipment to the USA) Money Back Guarantee

At Lemonchase, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your loupes, you may return them to Lemonchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the loupes are returned in their original condition.

As all loupes supplied by Lemonchase are bespoke products manufactured to the customer’s individual prescription, working distance, magnification and measurements, and cannot be resold to another customer, the following conditions apply:

• The loupes must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• The loupes must be returned in their original condition, free from damage beyond reasonable inspection and use.

• All accessories, packaging, cases, chargers and documentation supplied with the product must also be returned.

• Customers are encouraged to contact Lemonchase before returning their loupes so that any concerns can first be assessed by our technical team.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, Lemonchase will inspect the loupes and, where the above conditions have been met, a full refund will be issued by bank transfer.

Please allow up to 14 days from the date Lemonchase receives the returned goods for the refund to be processed.

4. Alterations

Purchases Made Directly from Lemonchase:
Alterations required within the first six (6) months of ownership will be carried out free of charge where deemed necessary by Lemonchase, including changes to working distance.

Changes from Standard Field(SF) or Expanded Field (EF) optics, or changes between telescope type and magnification, are possible one 1 time, but will incur an additional cost.

Purchases Made Through Other Suppliers:
Alterations required within the first six months of ownership will be charged at £320 plus VAT. Per service

5. Manufacturer’s Warranty – Loupes

Yeoman frames are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

All other frame models are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Repairs resulting from accidental damage, misuse, neglect, loss, theft, cosmetic wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications are not covered.

6. LED Headlight Warranty

The following warranty periods apply to LED systems:

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects arising during normal use.

7. Repairs Outside Warranty

Repairs resulting from accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper storage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear are chargeable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lemonchase’s liability shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product at its discretion, subject to applicable consumer legislation.

Nothing within these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any statutory rights available to consumers under UK law.
